1/06/09- First Day of Class

Hello everyone! Today was my first day back of class and MAN was it hectic. Here was my schedule:

Chorus: 11:15- 12: 10

Spanish: 12:20- 1:15

Astronomy 2: 1:25- 2:20

Foundations of Numbers and Operations (aka an early childhood education math class: 2:30- 3:55

Yup. Only 10 minutes in between and I have to walk across campus to be able to get to one place. If only you guys knew where I had to go back and forth!

After all of that, I came back and went to wal-mart to get a copy paper and a stapler. My boyfriend, roommate, and I then went to the gym for an hour and 1/2. Im about to start homework. I have more than 6 pages due for one class.

My First Post Before the New Year

Hello everyone! My name is Donna. Last night I was thinking about writing out a list of my New Year's resolutions and I came up with the idea of writing it down and sharing all that I hope to accomplish. So far, here are my goals.

• Almost finish writing the book that I have started and start the other one. (at least get it organized)
• Record a CD with Dustin at the recording studio.
• Learn all the songs I wanted to learn on the piano.
• Lose 20+ pounds.
• Get on the presidents list at school. (at least a 3.5)
• Take and pass the GACE test and get accepted into the education program. (by fall)
• Put my cover songs on youtube and myspace.
• Try to get most of my minor classes over with. (I am a double minor in english with a focus in writing and art.)
• Get an audition with Family Feud and other game shows. (Starting in May)

At least once a week, I hope to write about what I have done and check off anything on the list that I have done.

I also might add some more to that list depending on what I think of or if I remember that I forgot to write something on there. In the mean time, I also want to help people with any questions that they have. I have a blog called the Help Spot by Donna that you should go look at.
